IT Support Engineer x 5 - Up to S$ 1.8k (Mon-Fri, Office hour)
Central (Singapore)

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT assistance and support to end users (desktops, laptops, printers, network peripherals and applications)
• Install, configure, administer & maintain IT equipment (desktops, laptops, printers and network peripherals)
• Support/troubleshooting including the diagnosing of hardware and software failures or problems
• Procurement and setup and configuration of new IT equipment
• Follow through on an installation task from beginning till end
• Check to ensure new setup and installations are working properly
• Assist end user in synchronizing user accounts
• Guide end user on required applicable tasks

Requirements:

• NITEC/Diploma holder in IT related field with at least 6 months of deskside support experience
• Fresh school leavers are welcomed to apply for a junior position
• Good knowledge in OS installation & troubleshooting
• Good knowledge in MS office application and business application support
• Hardworking with positive work attitude and a passion to excel in IT industry
• Good customer service mindset
• Able to communicate well in English
